ValueClick Expands European Senior Management
Team with New Head of Search

LONDON, UK, 3rd March 2005
– ValueClick, Inc. (Nasdaq: VCLK), the leading
provider
of digital marketing solutions, today announced the
appointment of Nigel Frith as
Head of Search for ValueClick Europe. As Head of Search,
Nigel will be responsible for
driving the European launch and development strategy
for Search123, ValueClick’s pay
per click search marketing business. In addition, Nigel
will address how to effectively build
and grow other search related revenues across ValueClick’s
existing business portfolio.
Nigel joins from international search company, InfoSpace
where he was responsible for the
UK business development strategy of their search and
directories business.
With
over thirteen years experience in sales and business
development, Nigel has a wealth
of industry expertise in search and online media. At
InfoSpace he drove the sales strategy
for a white-label search solution, winning significant
revenue-generating deals with major
online brands such as Mirror.co.uk and Directory.co.uk.
During this time, Nigel was
responsible for managing the Thomson Directories account.
Nigel has also gained a
variety of industry experience in senior sales and business
development positions with
BMW (GB) and Canon.
Commenting
on his new role, Nigel said “ValueClick has a
substantial number of clients
across an extremely broad spectrum of the Internet space.
ValueClick provides media
owners and agencies with ways to enhance and monetize
their services effectively. A pay
per click search engine is one remaining key area we
have not had in Europe until now. We
will launch Search123 in the UK later in 2005 with further
European roll-out planned in 2006.”
